GeeklyHub provides and maintains the medium for safe and productive collaboration between Student and Teachers. Teachers deliver Teaching Service to Students, which is an educational service and the primary value that Students gain from paying and contacting teachers. Also, additional products and services may be provided by Teachers, which include but not limited to editing, proofreading, spell checking and typing.
If you are a Student that is not satisfied with the quality or nature of the Teaching Service or product you received, you may request a refund. Please be noted the return may be issued only if your Tutor was not able to provide a reasonably expectable quality of the service. Besides that, the reimbursement may be motivated by the Tutor’s failure to follow your initial instructions, comments, and requests in the process of service delivery.
If you want to receive a refund, please visit your Student Account on the website and submit a refund form. Fill all required fields carefully, including Service number, the motivation for reimbursement, and any evidence you may provide to prove the unacceptability of services and products you have received.
We will need around 5-7 business days to investigate the details of your problem, even though we will prioritize your refund request to any other activities and it may be completed shorter. Depending on the severity of quality flaws, your circumstances and other factors, we have three primary remediation choices.
First of all, another Teacher may re-deliver Teaching Service and all the other products without any additional costs, which will require around 24 hours to find a new Teacher for you. Then, account balance spent on services can be redeemed back so that you could use it to request new services of GeeklyHub. Finally, GeeklyHub can refund all your payment to the payment method you used to replenish your account balance. In that case, financial vendors and banks are responsible for the amount of time it will take to return the money, and GeeklyHub bears to responsibility for delays. Usually, all payments are returned in 2-5 business days.
Teachers, in turn, can request the refund for any paid service and product of GeeklyHub they use. However, the rebate is accepted only if the GeeklyHub failed to provide the promised service. Once the service is delivered, no refunds can be issued due to the reasons of justice and feasibility.
You can request a refund for the subscription fee charged on your card up to 30 days from the date of the latest payment. The refund can be issued only if you did not use your bonuses and perks included in the subscription plan since the last payment. In this case, your refund request will be processed within 24 hours and you'll get your money back to the card within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that the bonuses and perks included in your subscription plan are non-refundable and will be withdrawn on the date of the refund issued.
